BUILDER ACCOUNTS
Post Frame and All Metal users can now add a Builder account to their subscription, giving them the ability to quote roof projects directly through Surface Bid without leaving their existing SmartBuild setup.
MEASUREMENT PROVIDER INTEGRATION
RoofScope Integration — Surface Bid now integrates with RoofScope. Users can upload plan sets, which RoofScope processes and returns as Surface Bid 3D models, ready to generate panel layouts, material lists, and reports.
GeoSpan is used for address-type jobs — users enter a property address, and GeoSpan returns the measurement data used to build the Surface Bid model.
Legacy Upload / Bring Your Own Report — Legacy customers can still upload XML geometry from other measurement providers, or bring a report they already have, at a cost of $65 per upload.
